Cbus Property & Sterling Global appoint Hacer Group to commence works on Como Terraces

Cbus Property and Sterling Global have appointed Hacer Group as the builder of their boutique joint-venture residential development, Como Terraces in South Yarra, marking a momentous milestone in the project’s lifecycle.

The award-winning property developers will commence works on the $170 million project next month, following the imminent closure of the purpose-built on-site display suite.

Como Terraces marks Cbus Property’s third collaboration with Hacer Group, with Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Pozzo, saying the team was pleased to be able to continue the partnership.

Designed by Carr, with landscape architecture by Taylor Cullity Lethlean (T.C.L), Como Terraces comprises four two-bedroom residences, 34 three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom residence assembled across eight low-rise buildings. Ranging from ground-floor terraces to penthouses with stunning city and Yarra River views, the residences are connected by a central landscaped staircase reminiscent of Rome’s Spanish Steps.

Luxury amenity will include a formal entry and concierge with waiting lobby; mid-level lounge/lobby space; private dining room and kitchen; outdoor communal terraces; and basement parking with direct access to all residences.

The Como Terraces display suite at 61 Kensington Road, South Yarra, is due to close in the coming weeks.
