Cbus Property is proud to share that our commercial office and retail portfolios have once again been recognised as industry leaders in the 2024 NABERS Sustainable Portfolios Index (SPI).
The annual NABERS SPI benchmarks and ranks office and shopping centre portfolios across Australia based on an overall rating of NABERS performance.
Highlights from our results this year include:
♻️ 1st place in NABERS Waste for our office portfolio, for the third year in a row
♻️ 1st place in NABERS Energy for our shopping centre portfolio (2nd in 2023)
♻️ 2nd place in NABERS Indoor Environment (IE) for our office portfolio (4th in 2023)
♻️ 3rd place in NABERS Energy for our office portfolio (4th in 2023)
♻️ One of only three portfolios in Australia to achieve a carbon-neutral portfolio under the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Buildings standard
These results are a testament to our ongoing commitment to being a world leader in sustainable buildings, as well as the dedication of the entire Cbus Property team in our pursuit of continual improvement in environmental sustainability.
