National award-winning integrated property investor and developer, Cbus Property, is poised to unveil a vibrant new retail and dining precinct at 205 North Quay, bringing a curated collection of food and hospitality experiences to one of Brisbane’s most innovative workplace destinations.
Developed in partnership with workplace hospitality specialist Eurest, the precinct has been envisioned as a welcoming social hub, where quality food, thoughtful design and community connection converge, creating a place for workers, visitors and locals to gather throughout the day.
Located within Cbus Property’s latest landmark commercial office tower, 205 North Quay, the new precinct will introduce a collection of five distinctive food concepts – Mavis, Herschel, Pozzo’s, Böhl and a bespoke micro market – each designed to reflect the diverse rhythms of Brisbane’s CBD.
Cbus Property’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris Kakoufas, said the exciting new retail offering would represent the next chapter in the evolution of 205 North Quay as “a destination that extends well beyond the workplace”.
“From the outset, our vision for 205 North Quay was to create more than an office building – it was conceived as a place where people feel connected to their workplace, to each other and to the city around them,” Mr Kakoufas said.
Cbus Property and Eurest have worked closely on 205 North Quay’s retail precinct to offer a variety of signature hospitality experiences, from quick ‘grab-and-go’ options and nourishing meals to lively social dining.
Mavis and Herschel will anchor the precinct’s café offerings, with Mavis serving quality coffee, fresh bread and familiar favourites throughout the day, and Herschel presenting a healthy, mindful-eating menu from balanced, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Böhl will also support wellbeing and busy lifestyles with its focus on fresh, nutrient-rich meals as an antidote to the typical ‘desk-side diet’. A complementary micro market will provide premium take-home options and specialty items, extending the precinct’s food experience beyond the workday.

Completing the offering is Pozzo’s, a Mediterranean dining concept that will bring energy and shared moments to the lunchtime crowd and subtly acknowledges the contribution of former long-standing Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Pozzo, to shaping city-defining developments across Cbus Property’s national portfolio.

A centrally located production kitchen will also support catering and events across the building, including the public plaza and 210-seat civic auditorium, positioning the precinct as a complete culinary hub capable of hosting workplace gatherings and functions of all scales.
Eurest National Operations Manager, Ollie Hay, said the partnership with Cbus Property reflected a shared ambition to create a hospitality experience that genuinely enhanced daily life in the city.
“Together, our five concepts create a dynamic ecosystem designed to evolve with the needs of the 205 North Quay community,” Mr Hay said.
“Curated to feel instantly familiar and welcoming, this precinct gives us a rare opportunity to truly nourish the immediate community that fuels Brisbane’s CBD every day.”
Mr Hay explained that the dining concepts were created to be highly flexible in nature, allowing seasonal experiences to emerge over time, ensuring the precinct remained engaging and reflective of the city’s ever-changing tastes.
“Our goal is simple – to create a place people will want to return to time and again,” he said.
With Herschel now open and the remaining concepts to launch in July 2026, the retail precinct will complement the office tower’s wellness-led workplace environment and civic plaza, further strengthening 205 North Quay as a destination in itself within Brisbane’s evolving North Quarter and the wider CBD.

Mr Kakoufas said the launch would mark an important milestone in realising the full vision for the precinct.
“The retail offering is the final piece of the puzzle, bringing together food, hospitality and shared spaces that encourage connection, discovery and moments of pause throughout the day,” he said.
“These elements enrich the daily experience at 205 North Quay and reinforce our ambition to deliver destinations that contribute meaningfully to the life of Australia’s cities.”
Limited leasing opportunities remain at 205 North Quay, including a premium riverfront restaurant space and a full-floor wellness tenancy.
