Cbus Property has secured a partnership with the South Australian Government to deliver a new $300 million office building, in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
Located at 83 Pirie Street, the 20-storey complex is set to change Adelaide’s skyline and create up to 2,000 jobs during construction.
83 Pirie Street joins several other projects in Cbus Property’s pipeline set to commence within the next 12 months, including 111 Castlereagh Street, a prestigious collection of residential apartments, and 121 Castlereagh Street, a premium commercial office building, both transforming the former David Jones store in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. These developments are expected to be the first of many that will play an important part in the road to recovery for Australia.
