Pacific Fair is an iconic shopping and dining destination at the heart of Queensland’s Gold Coast. It is one of Australia’s leading centres in size and customer spend. Pacific Fair welcomed 13.1 million customer visits in 2021.

Pacific Fair was significantly redeveloped in 2016 and provides a unique resort-style atmosphere with an outstanding collection of luxury brands, high-street fashion, fresh food, dining and entertainment.

The centre sits on a generous 16.6-hectare site adjacent The Star Casino and nearby Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre precinct.

Cbus Property purchased a 46% share in Pacific Fair in late 2021 through its investment in the AMP Capital Retail Trust.
