The centre sits on a 16.6-hectare site adjacent The Star Casino and nearby Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre precinct.

Cbus Property owns a 50 per cent share in Pacific Fair, through its investment in the Australian Core Retail Trust, acquired in October 2021.
