Como Terraces is a boutique collection of 39 modernist residences on coveted Alexandra Avenue in South Yarra.
Architecturally designed by renowned Melbourne-based studio, Carr, Como Terraces comprises four two-bedroom residences, 34 three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom residence assembled across eight low-rise buildings. Ranging from ground-floor terraces to penthouses with stunning city and Yarra River views, the residences are connected by a central landscaped staircase reminiscent of Rome’s Spanish Steps.
Blending perfectly with the South Yarra riverside setting, these residences enhance the streetscape and surrounds, while their interiors embody a timeless elegance.
Landscape architecture firm, Taylor Cullity Lethlean (T.C.L), has been charged with landscaping the expansive 7,900-square-metre site, with its design response referencing the native and exotic vegetation of South Yarra, providing residences with a sanctuary of green outlooks, lush and secluded private gardens and winding pathways.
Luxury amenity will include a formal entry and concierge with waiting lobby; mid-level lounge/lobby space; private dining room and kitchen; outdoor communal terraces; and basement parking with direct access to all residences.
The project is being developed in partnership with Sterling Global and marks Cbus Property’s second residential joint venture, following a successful partnership with Brookfield on Classic East Melbourne.
Hacer Group has been appointed as the head contractor on Como Terraces with construction underway on site.
