Singapore-based WOHA and Brisbane-based Architectus have drawn on their extensive experience in award-winning architecture to create a striking building embroidered throughout with gardens, trees and lush plantings.  

The tower rises above the Brisbane River, enjoying the beauty of its surroundings, the fresh air, and the powerful natural light that plunges into its many facets and voids. This is the new paradise in the air. Amenities for residents include a private dining room, catering kitchen, outdoor lounge cabanas, a gymnasium and 25-metre pool perched on the river’s edge.

443 Queen St includes a boardwalk-level restaurant and cafe, providing a dining experience complementing its location on one of Brisbane’s last remaining riverfront sites, in the heart of the city’s prized waterside restaurant precinct. 

443 Queen St has been recognised as a double winner at the prestigious 2024 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards of Excellence. This once-in-a-generation project claimed top honors in both the Best Tall Building by Height (100-199 meters) and Best Tall Building by Region (Oceania) categories.
