The residential tower – known as 111 Castlereagh – presents a rare collection of prestigious residences, with grand views of Hyde Park and beyond to Sydney Harbour and boasts exclusive rooftop gardens and luxurious amenities.
Designed with exceptional craftsmanship by award-winning architects fjcstudio, 111 & 121 Castlereagh will reshape the Sydney skyline and redefine mixed-use developments within the Sydney CBD and beyond.

The cultural practice of a Welcome to Country at this place is to acknowledge that we live and work on the lands of the Gadi Clan of Coastal Sydney. It is to acknowledge our Ancestors and how ancient and sacred these lands and waters are. The Gadi and neighbouring clans have cared for these lands and waterways for thousands of years, and they have a continued connection to Country today. It is in the continuation and participation of these Cultural customs and practices that we are Welcomed. It is with these experiences, the knowledge passed down to me and the bloodlines within me that I Welcome you to this Country, Gadi Ngura, my Ancestral Country of Coastal Sydney. This land is, was and always will be Aboriginal land. We will always have a cultural responsibility to this land and each other, for Country is all encompassing and it sustains us.
