720 Bourke Street

720 Bourke Street located at the corner of Bourke Street and Wurundjeri Way, Docklands, is a highly sustainable investment comprising 46,500sqm of A-Grade office space over 16 levels, 2,000sqm of retail and collaborative spaces, spread over the concourse and park levels; and 70 car parking spaces.

From a sustainability perspective the building has achieved a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating and a 6 Star Green Star Office As Built v3 rating.  It embraces leading energy performance, innovative technology, water recycling and sustainable transport options.

In September 2017 the building achieved Australia’s first ever WELL Certified™ Gold rating for the shell and core. The WELL building standard was developed to encourage design of buildings that contribute to human health and comfort and focuses solely on the health and well-being of building occupants. 720 Bourke Street features innovative features such as a community garden for building occupants and multi-purpose sports court.

The building was completed in 2014.
