443 Queen Street is a 47-storey residential tower positioned on Brisbane’s last remaining CBD riverfront site, comprising 264 apartments with Brisbane River and Story Bridge views.

The building features 106 one-bedroom, 106 two-bedroom and 52 four-bedroom apartments. Designed by Singapore-based WOHA and Brisbane-based Architectus, the building responds to Brisbane’s subtropical climate with natural ventilation and cross-flow design.

Amenities include a 25-metre riverside infinity pool, gymnasium, private dining room, and outdoor lounge cabanas on a full-floor recreation deck. The building features gardens throughout with arrival gardens on each level.

Ground-floor retail includes boardwalk-level restaurant and cafe space.

443 Queen Street won the 2024 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards for Best Tall Building by Height (100-199 meters) and Best Tall Building by Region (Oceania).
