Macquarie Centre in North Ryde is a retail landmark of Sydney’s northern suburbs. Since first opening in 1981, it has become the largest centre in its Total Trade Area and the only centre to accommodate two department stores.

Macquarie Centre was significantly redeveloped in 2014 and further opportunity exists in the development of over-site towers, which have received concept development consent.
Cbus Property owns a 25 per cent interest in Macquarie Centre through its investment in the Australian Core Retail Trust, acquired in October 2021.
