Como Terraces

Como Terraces is a boutique collection of 39 modernist residences positioned on Alexandra Avenue in South Yarra, developed in partnership with Sterling Global.

The development comprises four two-bedroom residences, 34 three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom residence across eight low-rise buildings. Internal living spaces range from 130 to 323 square metres.

Amenities include formal entry with concierge, mid-level lounge space, private dining room and kitchen, outdoor communal terraces, and basement parking. The residences are connected by a central landscaped staircase.

The 7,900-square-metre site features landscaping by Taylor Cullity Lethlean (T.C.L) with private gardens and winding pathways.

Como Terraces achieved an average 6.6 star NatHERS rating with energy consumption 40 per cent less than standard apartments.

The building was completed in 2024.
