Cbus Property’s 50 Flinders Street becomes first office building in Australia to achieve 6 Star NABERS Energy rating

Cbus Property’s 50 Flinders Street in Adelaide has become the first office building in Australia to achieve 6 Star NABERS Energy (without GreenPower) and Indoor Environment Quality ratings for its base building. The 6 Star ratings were achieved by reducing electricity consumption by 17 per cent from 2018 and was only possible due to the ongoing dedication of the property management team constantly looking for ways to maximise the asset’s sustainable performance.

This exciting achievement means that 50 Flinders St is not only one of the most energy-efficient buildings in Australia, but it also provides a superior indoor working environment for our office and retail partners, improving their health, well-being and productivity.
